He asked what the issue was and was able to help by walking me through some steps to determine the root cause of the problem and also ended up fixing the garage door issue myself. Most company's would come out and charge, but Shawn stayed on the phone with me and a few pics and videos explaining the issue and was able to help me without charge. I highly recommend this company. They solved a low clearance problem for me, their service and attention to detail are superb. If you have a garage door problem, drive past Lowes and Home Depot to Doorman, you'll save time and money in the end.

Incredible service and Value. Shawn was very responsive in getting us booked to have our Garage Doors repaired. His tech Adam was very experienced and was able to diagnose and come up with a great long term solution right away. I had new support bars and springs installed within 90 minutes of Adam starting the work. These guys are the real deal! Highly recommend them for any Garage Door repair and install.

It is rare that a company exceeds your expectations but in this case, I am truly blown away. Not only was the design consultation extremely helpful, but the entire process of installing our garage door was painless and actually pleasant. Between purchasing the door and replacing it, our old garage door stopped working - these guys were there the next day to fix it in order to hold us over. Shawn's communication is so prompt and detailed - and Adam did a fantastic job on the installation (which was a bit tricky because of our opening having settled). Now we have a beautiful garage door that will last for years to come. I could not recommend a company more highly. Communication was top-notch every step of the way - as was the installation.

So happy!! I had wanted new garage doors for years, but I have a husband who didn't want to spend the money! Adams professionalism when answering my husbands questions made it easy to trust Adams guidance, while at the same time he didn't try to sell us something that wasn't necessary. Adams eye for design, the advice for the color of the doors with the type of glass to pick was "spot-on". Doors installed on the day scheduled, on time and meticulously. The old ones taken away!! Only one small critique that kept us from giving a 5+ positive score, some sheet rock dust from the drilling for the wall control mount left on the floor. An easy clean-up for us. I have no qualms in recommending the Doorman Service Co.

Great experience! My dad had his own construction business so when he told me to call them, he was right! They came out and looked at my door within 2 hour from when I called. On the day they fixed it, they were extremely helpful and had great suggestions! My door is opening wider now and is much quieter. Thank you guys so much!

Shawn's prompt response to my early morning cry for help wasn't a surprise. Nor was their ability to send someone out so promptly for a diagnosis of the device. This garage door opener had been on borrowed time for the last 10 or so years...but its career in my service ended. Team Doorman showed me the options, including prices. Were very clear about the uncertain duration of one solution vs. replacement options. No sales push to go one way or another. We also took a close look at the state of the rest of the garage door system to make sure the 24+ year old structure was good. I am happy, again. I just want you to know how great your staff was. A young man came to our house with brochures and walked me through the steps in ordering. The day of installation we had Tyler and Landon. They also were very polite, efficient, friendly and very hard workers. The installation went well, they explained everything to me about how the remotes worked etc. They tidied up after the job was completed and were on their way.
